☆ RETURNS, DELIVERY & TERMS
You ordered something you like, waited for it with excitement, and when it finally comes something is not right. We know - it sucks. Luckily it does not happen very often.
If you think something is not right, start by sending us a mail with your explanation why, and add some photos to support you explanation. We need to have you complaint within 2 days from you received the package. We usually respond to mails within 24 hours. For any questions you have just drop us a mail at:

Add your product to the cart and pay with your card. All payments are securely processed by our payment provider Stripe.
In the order notes you can write messages about your order and customization you want as described on the product. You will get an email with your order receipt and order number, and when your order is shipped you will get an update to your order with your tracking number.
The price you see on the products is the full price including worldwide delivery to your country. No hidden charges. Depending on your country you might see slightly different prices. Be aware that if you visit our website from another country than your delivery address, eg. using a VPN, your price in the cart could regulate up or down automatically to the delivery country.
When you order more than one product you will get a discount of 10%.
You are responsible for any tax or import duty that might be applied. From our experience, small packages like ours will seldom incur extra expenses, but it is different from country to country how this is handled. If you are from an EU country, import taxes on the 3D all-over print clothes, tops and some hoodies are already included in the price.
When we ship your order you will get a tracking code sent to your email. Please allow 3-7 days for production and getting your tracking code in your email. Please mail our support if you did not get the tracking code within a week. Allow some time for the first scan.
Expect 2-3 weeks to receive your packet depending on country. Currently we don't deliver to Japan, Brazil, Chile, Taiwan, or countries with ongoing wars. These countries might change anytime.
Always add a phone number to your order where the courier can reach you!
If you order more than one product you might get them sent in different packages with different tracking codes.
Your package is not showing up, or the tracking code is stuck?
If more than 3 weeks go and your tracking is not moving, you can contact support and we will check with carriers/suppliers what happens to your package.
You can also avoid the hassle and add Yipe's 5% International Delivery Guarantee when you check out. Here is how it works:
Yipe takes on the guarantee that your package is delivered to the courier/post office in your zip code, but not the "last mile". The tracking will show your package is at the local post/courier office, so if you don't get it to your house, you might need to call them or go there and get it yourself.
This is because a lot of things can happen locally that we can't control, like the package is put on the porch and stolen, or other agreements people might have made with their local post/couriers.
If you did not get your package within 30 days from you got your tracking code then contact support, and we will send you a new package. If your package turns up later - well then you will have 2!
Terms: This guarantee is valid up to 100 USD. If you buy for more than 100 USD - just make 2 separate purchases and add the 5% both places.
Note: If you make a return, the 5% will not be refunded.
☆ Returns & exchanges
There are 2 scenarios: We made a mistake, or you made a mistake or changed your mind.
If we made a mistake
If the product you received was defect or we sent you a wrong product you are entitled to get a new product. Read more about what to expect about patterns, colors, fabric and size Here, as that is part of these terms. Simply contact our customer service within 2 days from receiving the package.
If you made a mistake
Some products can be returned/exchanged and some can not. It will be written on the product if it can be returned.
To exchange a product, simply return the product in perfect condition within 14 days. You pay the return cost, but unlike most other shops you will get a full refund including initial delivery costs. We deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs, but you get a 15% store credit for the second purchase. Then you can buy a new product of the same type.
We do not have an exchange option on custom printed clothes, as we are making one copy only for you.
If you ordered a wrong size we have an option you might like though. We will give you a discount of 10% on a second purchase of the same product/order. You will save the return costs you would else have, get a discount, and you might even be able to sell the wrong clothes, or give it as a birthday present.
You have 14 days to start a return process by contacting our support from the date you received the product. To get a refund, clothes need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the undamaged inner packaging, so it can be sold as new again. The return cost is covered by yourself. Unlike many other shops, we will refund the full price you paid, including the delivery costs, but deducted a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs with your purchase. You can choose a 100% store credit instead. You will receive the refund to your card within ca. 1 week. Products bought with gift cards can not be returned. If you return products on sale we will deduct the delivery costs. Delivery Guarantee will not be refunded.
Contact support and say you want to return the product, pack the undamaged, unused clothes in a package, with a print of the order receipt you got via email inside. Send the package and always with tracking.
Clothes that can be returned are for example most of our branded cotton Yipe Tees (If you did not order a customization).
Customized products can not be returned - even if it is written so on the product. You need to buy it "as is" to be able to return it.
In any case of return we will give you a return address. If you send to another address than the one we give to you, your clothes will not be replaced, and your money not refunded! We need to have the product back in our possession, on the address we give to you before we can return your money. We are deliberately not writing address on this page to avoid people sending clothes to the wrong address or suppliers. You can find our address on the record labels's websites instead. Never return a product without tracking!

Vouchers can not be combined with other vouchers, or used on products on sale.
